RatingNiall and team have done a brilliant job of converting our unused detached garage into a lovely usable garden room/home office. From the beginning when i reached out to Niall for a quote he was very helpful, advising ways to keep costs down, answering questions and adjusting the quote accordingly in a timely fashion. He was patient as i must have amended the quote about 10 times! Niall was very responsive throughout the project and communication was good overall, he always called me back asap if i couldnt get through to him. After a bit of confusion with the spec, Niall made a point of reaching out to clarify the remaining details to make sure no more confusion happened going forward, helping the project to stay on track. The workmanship of the team was excellent overall. I'm really happy with the finished product, with the brickwork, roofing, plastering and flooring being the obvious highlights. The price also was great considering the quality of the work, as it also included working to all the regulations, building regulations certificate etc. Niall's team behaved professionally throughout. They also did a good job of tidying up at the end, and even power-washed mine and the neighbours driveway afterwards Overall a great job, i would recommend Niall and his team. Thanks a lot Niall
We’re so happy with the work carried out by Niall and Bury Garage conversions. We had a good idea of what we wanted but Niall also offered ideas and opinions as to feasibility etc. Furthermore, since completion of the work, Niall has been very quick to respond when we’ve needed minor tweaks etc. Excellent aftercare!

Naill gave us a competitive quote. He was extremely professional and he and his team gave the most attention to detail. We had some flooring left over from our garage conversion and Niall fitted this in our en suite toilet for us. I throughly recommend Niall, he is dedicated and trustworthy. We’ve recently had our garage converted by Bury Garage Conversions and couldn’t be happier with the final result. The whole team were friendly, professional and so helpful especially given we changed our mind on a few bits along the way. The works were completed to an incredibly high standard and building control were very complimentary during their final inspection regarding all of Niall’s timely updates and photos provided to them. The team did such a great job, despite record high temperatures one day and torrential rain the next. The job stayed on course and the rooms look great. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was relocating sockets, giving us advice on doors, helping to fit our media wall at the end of the job, talking us through best practice for decorating or taking the time to show us what materials they were using and why they were the best options. We recently used Bury Garage conversions to convert our garage into a large open plan kitchen space with a pitched roof and utility room. We also knocked down a porch and dividing wall to create a large open plan space. We are beyond happy with the work Niall and his team carried out. Niall and the team completed a garage conversion for us and we are extremely happy the result! We were in contact with Niall for a long time before the work began, as we couldn’t decide whether to do the garage or alternatively, extend the back and redesign the kitchen. Niall was knowledgeable about both jobs and was so patient with us..he took time to do a home visit/alternate quotes for us and always messaged back promptly. Getting the right design was so important to us, so Niall’s patience and advice was invaluable. The garage conversion was done promptly and to a high standard. Niall obtained a gorgeous window for us that matched the others in our house, lovely glass door to enter the garage, stylish boiler cupboard with lots of storage…the finished result was just lovely!
